Because every tee and hoodie is printed to order, the easiest fix is a free size exchange. Send it back unworn within 14 days and we'll print and post the right size at no extra cost.

Not sure of your size? Check the size guide on any product page before you order. It has chest and length measurements for every size.

You can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. They need to be in the condition they arrived in: unwashed, unworn and with no marks.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Unless the item was faulty, the cost of posting it back to us is yours.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it or refund it, your choice. You won't need to pay any postage.

1. Message us with your order number and what you'd like to do (exchange or refund).
2. We'll reply with the returns address.
3. Post the item back. Use a tracked service so it doesn't go missing.
